Rather than demolishing the aging 1970s structure and starting from scratch, we chose a highly sustainable “adaptive reuse” strategy. Working closely with the architectural experts at SMC Design Studio and the construction team at Fitz Consulting, we are preserving and strengthening the building’s core framework. This method drastically reduces landfill waste while upgrading the facility to meet rigorous modern structural standards.
